Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Controller and scope

This Policy applies to cammon.ru, ibf.cammon.ru, education.cammon.ru, Duonardo and related services. Until full details are added, the controller is identified as the owner and administrator of the cammon.ru domain. Contact: info@cammon.ru.

The missing identification details will be added in the next revision and do not restrict the user’s right to submit a request.

2. Data processed

• name, email, password hash, identifier, status and account timestamps;
• IP address, browser, device, authentication and technical event data;
• data voluntarily provided in support requests;
• names, photographs, results, videos and sports archive analysis;
• learning data: level, learning path, XP, streak, completed lessons, answers, achievements and progress history;
• Yandex Metrica and Webvisor data only after analytics cookies are permitted.

3. Purposes and grounds

• registration, authentication and downloads — performance of the User Agreement;
• saving and syncing learning progress across devices — performance of the User Agreement at the user’s request;
• account protection and service reliability — performance of the agreement and security;
• support response — actions initiated by the user;
• optional analytics — separate consent in cookie settings;
• compliance with legal obligations.

4. Processing and retention

Within the stated purposes, data may be collected, recorded, stored, updated, used, disclosed to authorised processors, restricted and deleted. An account is retained until deletion is requested or while needed to provide the service, unless the law requires otherwise.

Data must not be kept longer than necessary. Log and backup retention periods will be set by an internal schedule.

5. Services and recipients

• infrastructure, database and backup providers;
• Yandex Object Storage for video and file storage;
• Yandex Metrica when analytics are permitted;
• YouTube when an embedded broadcast is opened;
• Telegram and the email provider when the user chooses those support channels.

6. Sports archive

Athlete profiles are not created from ordinary accounts. Sports data must only be published where a lawful basis, rights-holder permission or separate dissemination consent exists when required.

7. Rights and security

The controller uses encrypted connections, access controls and other organisational and technical measures. New versions are published on this page.
